Hi there! I’m Ben Okazawa.

I’m a writer and digital content producer based in Toronto, where I work as a staff writer at Exclaim! Media.

I have a passion for telling stories that highlight underrepresented communities across Canada, which I’ve pursued in my freelance writing for companies like the CBC, blogTO, RepresentAsian Project, The Eyeopener and more.

I graduated from Toronto Metropolitan University’s Bachelor of Arts – Sport Media program with a Public Relations minor in 2023.
